That was the latest entry before the year turned 2008 and this entry is the first entry of 2008. So I shall start with a happy note =)
My new year resolution shot up into the night sky and exploded with the fireworks, on the fifth lighting! That's the spirit of perserverance! The previous fireworks simply flew up and left my new year resolution on the ground. Of course, that set everyone laughing. "It must be a difficult resolution", some commented jokingly. I didnt wish for a world peace k. My new year resolution is simple: A fruitful 2008; to love and to care for people around me. What about yours? Have you made yours?
2008, will be a different year for me. For starter, I will get a taste of working- feel the dread to go back office on a blue monday morning. Secondly, I will change to be more mature. No one in the working environment would take a fresh-grad girl seriously. I will be easily stepped over, like a foot over an ant. Thirdly and most importantly, I have to balance both work and church or rather, work ethics and christian values.
A series of challenges lie ahead of me.. but I like! Because I will grow and develop myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We must keep moving because being stagnet brings nothing good to youself, the environment and the people around you. Like a pool of stagnet water that gives foul smell.
