gosh.. it is going to be two months since I last blogged. Time certainly flies. 2009 is going to pass even faster at the rate I am going.
Just a summary, last year December, my aunt and I went to Hokkaido, Japan. The photos were uploaded in the link below:

My first sight and taste of snow, and of course my first time building snowman or snowboy =). Not forgetting, a white Christmas. Totally awesome. The views were beautiful beyond words. You have to be there to really immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. The food was gorgeous especially the crabs and milk! arhh... almost dying of happiness. I lost count on the number of crab's legs I had mercilessly devoured. Every morning, at least 4 glasses of milk for my breakfast. And the icing on the cake was the onsen or hot-spring (you guessed it, I had a nice hot-spring bath before I sleep and early in the morning before taking my breakfast. Initially, was very embarrassed and uneasy having to strip naked. Well, good thing comes with a price. This is a small price to pay for such comfort. After the first stripping, I had no squirm of removing my clothes in the room or showering at the open area (limited to girls only, of course). I think I am 5 years younger since coming back from Japan! Good food, good air, good scenery, good hot-spring bathes, and good-looking guys giving my eyes a good treat!
Comes the month of January 2009, (technical)economy recession. Every morning, on the coffee table is the newspapers with the headlines screaming "XXXX number of jobs are lost" or "WXY company is laying off XXXX employees". Amidst this financial crisis, I am still having job offers thankfully. So... busy working since then. Slogging like an ox. Like many people said, job is an abbreviation of Just Over Broke.
Now coming to the end of January, everyone is getting jittery like playing Musical Chairs: Who is the next one to lose his/her seat? Forfeit is simple, lose your job.
Economy certainly looks gloomy, and expect more jobs being axed. So everyone out there, please start looking for the second well before your first well dries up. Have an alternative source of income today!
